How Your Gift Supports The Pastor Plan Initiative (PPi)
You’re not just making a donation. You’re funding a system designed to equip pastors, launch churches, and build a multiplying movement. Here’s how your gift works toward our $89,000 goal by December 31, 2025.
Reaching 100,000+ Pastors Worldwide — $15,000
Communications & Outreach
Most pastors don’t yet know The Pastor Plan Initiative (PPi) exists or that their church can host a thriving homeschool co-op. This funding creates the invitation.
Email campaigns to church leadership networks. Digital advertising reaches pastors searching for ministry models. Placements in pastor magazines and leadership channels. Materials that explain what we do clearly and compellingly.
We’re casting a wide net—100,000+ church leaders. From that reach, we identify the pastors who are genuinely ready to move forward. This is the front door. Without it, nothing else happens.
Training Pastors to Launch — $30,000
Church Partnership Development
Here’s where the real work happens. A pastor says yes. Now what?
Training looks different for every church because every church is different.
Some pastors need a trainer to fly out, spend days walking through the model, meeting with church leadership, building the actual schedule and curriculum plan, and introducing the concept to their congregation. Hotels, flights, staff time—it adds up. This pastor stays equipped because someone walked them through it step by step.
Other churches thrive with hybrid training, utilizing phone consultations, Zoom sessions, digital materials, and ongoing email support. A pastor in a rural area might primarily work remotely; a pastor in a city might require an in-person setup. We customize it.
A few churches operate almost entirely through remote consultation and self-directed implementation. They get materials, videos, training content, and check-ins.
The point is that every pastor gets what their church needs, at no cost to them. This is how churches go from “interested” to “ready to launch.”
Building Regional Leadership That Multiplies — $20,000
Pastor Leadership Councils
Once trained, pastors don’t launch alone.
We’re forming 10–12 regional Pastor Leadership Councils—groups of trained pastors who mentor one another, share best practices, troubleshoot problems, and help new pastors avoid costly mistakes. A pastor in Tennessee encourages a pastor in Virginia. A pastor in another state shares what his church learned about class scheduling. The knowledge spreads. The movement multiplies.
These councils also gather in November 2026 for The Pastor Plan Initiative (PPi) Regional Leadership Conference, which launches in Kansas City—a day of training, encouragement, testimonies, and commissioning. Pastors go home fired up, connected to a network, and ready to mentor the next wave of churches launching in their regions.
This is how we build a united front of churches standing alongside parents in their biblical authority over education—restoring learning to its rightful place as discipleship, calling families out of secular systems and into Scripture, where pastors shepherd both souls and minds, and every child’s heart is anchored in truth.
Curriculum for Families in Need — $12,000
Scholarships & Curriculum Aid
When a church opens its doors, families come. Some can’t afford SchoolhouseTeachers.com or other Christian curriculum memberships.
The Pastor Plan Initiative (PPi) purchases memberships for these families—removing barriers so every family can participate. The church and pastor decide who receives help based on genuine need. A missionary family. A single mom. A family between jobs.
This is ministry. It says: Your family belongs here. We’re not turning anyone away because of money.
Running the Nonprofit — $12,000
Administrative & Legal Setup
Staff, legal compliance, accounting, nonprofit registration across multiple states, and operational costs keep the whole thing running. This isn’t overhead—it’s the foundation that makes everything else possible.
Why This Number? Why Now?
We’ve already trained churches across multiple states. We know what it costs. We have pastors in our pipeline ready to move forward. We have 100,000+ church leaders to reach. By June 2026, we aim to have trained and equipped pastors ready to launch their church-based homeschool ministries for the fall semester. When families start searching in late spring, these churches will be positioned to welcome them—schedules set, mentors ready, inviting.
That’s not arbitrary. That’s the exact investment required to make it happen.
The Ongoing Vision
This is Phase 1. Once these churches launch in August 2026, the cycle continues.
Phase 2: Another cohort of pastors trained. Another wave of churches opening their doors.
Phase 3: And so on.
Through Pastor Leadership Councils and annual conferences, trained pastors mentor new pastors. The movement doesn’t shrink—it grows. A pastor who launched in 2026 becomes a mentor to a pastor launching in 2027. The knowledge, experience, and burden for this work multiply.
Fact: Every child will be discipled by someone. Through this Church Homeschool movement, pastors, church leaders, and faithful parents choose to do it together—rather than leaving it to the state.
