Dr. Brian Ray

Dr. Brian Ray is a leading international expert in homeschooling research and president of the National Home Education Research Institute (NHERI). He has published numerous articles and books, is interviewed by major media, serves as an expert witness in court cases, and testifies to legislatures regarding education. Dr. Ray is a former university professor and public and private school classroom teacher. He holds a Ph.D. (science education, Oregon State University), an M.S. (zoology, Ohio University), and a B.S. (biology, University of Puget Sound), and is a church leader. Brian and his wife, Betsy, have been married for 45 years, have eight children who all were home-educated, run a small farm, and have 20 grandchildren. Dr. Ray really enjoys wandering with Betsy, his wife, and being out in the forests and mountains and on adventures. E. Ray Moore

E. Ray Moore, ThM, served for 19 years as an Army Reserve Chaplain (Lt. Col., Ret.) and veteran of the Gulf War I, where he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. A South Carolina native, he is a graduate of The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina, and Grace Theological Seminary in Winona Lake, Indiana. He currently serves as president of Frontline Ministries, Inc., which focuses on prayer, revival, and Christian education and has celebrated over three decades of ministry. E. Ray is the director of the Exodus Mandate Project, chairman emeritus of the Christian Education Initiative, and serves as chairman of the fast-growing organization, Public School Exit. Ray has been married to his wife, Gail, for over 55 years, and the two have four children and nine grandchildrenFrontline Ministries, Inc. is a 501(c) (3) non-profit Christian organization.  To reach E.
